Composed of smooth-muscle cells within a fibrous tissue matrix.
Causes

肉瘤变 sarcomatous change

Clinical Presentation
Symptom
abnormal uterine bleeding
pelvic mass
leukorrhagia
pelvic pain
Pressure and obstructive symptoms
Infertility
Hemorrhagic anemia

Clinical Presentation
体征
与肌瘤的大小、位置、数目有关。
质硬、形不规则的包块。

Diagnosis
根据症状、体征及相应的辅助检查。
鉴别：1.妊娠子宫
2.卵巢肿瘤
3.子宫腺肌病及腺肌瘤
4.盆腔炎性包块
5.子宫畸形
